Heirloom AI’s mission is to help venue owners control costs, increase their bottom line and enjoy more free time in their day. We do this by simplifying business operations, driving profit and being part of a hospitality community and circular economy while also reducing food wastage.
From Tomato to Tech
With over 30 years of experience and as a venue owner and operator, Sam Mammoliti had seen it all. Year after year, Sam would come across multiple venue owners who were struggling to keep their head above water with increasing costs and a lack of industry support.
This is when Sam founded Heirloom AI - a virtual head office for growing hospitality brands which would provide support to help businesses expand and empower owners to prioritise their mental health and combat food wastage.
Using data and AI, Sam has created a consolidated management platform and community which will help venue owners save time in their day, reduce food waste and carbon emissions and help increase operator profits.
Growing Tech
From strategic planning and well-designed spaces to multi-site management and creative marketing, Sam's expertise shapes the future of hospitality from an operational background. With the support of a fantastic team and advisors from management, corporate, tech, and marketing backgrounds, the Heirloom team will slowly and sustainably grow the tech into the future and shape how venues operate and deliver memorable customer experiences.

The Heirloom AI system started to develop through testing over 25 venues and brands.

The Heirloom system was upgraded from Excel spreadsheets to white labeled ERP products and trialed in 9 venues.
